Rikke Iben Neess is a dedicated leader and advocate for healthier dietary habits, currently serving as Head of Program for the Danish Whole Grain Partnership. Under her stewardship, the Partnership has become a model for public-private collaboration aimed at promoting whole grain consumption in Denmark and improving public health outcomes.
With extensive experience in strategic communication, health campaigns, and stakeholder engagement - in close collaboration with all the partners in The Danish Whole Grain Partnership - Rikke has played a key role creating awareness about the benefits of whole grains and fostering collaboration between government bodies, non-governmental organizations, and industry partners.
The Danish Whole Grain Partnership have achieved significant results including increased whole grain consumption among Danish citizens and the successful integration of whole grain recommendations into national dietary guidelines.
Rikke is passionate about driving impactful change and creating a healthier, more sustainable food culture. She is frequently invited to speak at conferences and seminars on health promotion, public-private partnerships, and the role of whole grains in sustainable food systems. Through her work, Rikke continues to inspire positive health initiatives both in Denmark and internationally.
